IMPOSTOR BEHAVIORS
The Impostor Syndrome is expressed through five central behaviors:
Rejection sensitivity — Fear of failure, anxiety over being evaluated or judged, and approval seeking.
Depressed entitlement — Perceive to be of lower status than dominant, privileged group.
Lack of confidence — The lack of a belief in oneself, and one’s ability to meet challenges.
Perfectionism — Striving for flawlessness, over-preparation, unattainable ideals.
Feeling like a fraud — Doubt accomplishments, fear of being exposed as a “fraud.”
