By participating in the Elevate Live Course by Elevate Group LLC, you agree to the following:
Training Subject to Change. Although every effort will be made to operate the trainings announced, we reserve the right to make changes in the training arrangements or class schedule. In the event classes are rescheduled or delayed we will work with participants to ensure they can complete the training.
Participant Expectations. You are expected to conduct yourself with professionalism at all times during the training, and to treat each other and instructors with respect.. Unprofessional conduct is grounds for us to dismiss a participant from the training.
Intellectual Property. You acknowledge that all training related materials are the intellectual property of Elevate Group. You may not record, photograph, distribute, disseminate, copy or use the content of any Trainings without our prior written consent.
Informed Consent. The Elevate Group and the individuals involved in the Elevate Live trainings are not licensed by the State of California as a healing arts practitioner. The training is intended to offer you significant personal input and insights, however it is not psychotherapeutic in nature. If you have been or are being treated by a mental health professional you may want to consult with that professional to determine if you are in a position to participate in the training. The company does not know of any participant having been harmed by attending the training. By participating in the Elevate Live program you acknowledge and understand the foregoing, and that the training is educational and not therapeutic. You understand that Elevate Group is not obligated to provide any form of therapy or follow-up.
Confidentiality. We encourage you to speak candidly through the trainings. You are expected to, and we will encourage all participants to respect the privacy of others throughout the training, coaching sessions and discussions. However, Elevate Group can not guarantee confidentiality with respect to other participants. Elevate Group will not use recordings of any your personal experiences that are shared or discussed during any trainings without your written consent, though we reserve the right to publish or use general, statistical and non-personal and aggregate and anonymous information gathered throughout the training.
Third Party Confidentiality. Any information Elevate Group collects from you in connection with the training including account registration and administration, order processing information, requests or questions via online forms, and courses attended may be shared with third parties who perform services on our behalf. We will only share this information if it is necessary to deliver or enhance our products and services and ensure a consistent level of service.
No Guarantee. Assumption of Risk. Elevate Group makes no guarantees or representations regarding the results of the training. You understand that you undertake the training at your own risk. Any content accessed, downloaded or otherwise obtained through Elevate Group is at your own discretion and risk, and we will have no responsibility for damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download or use of content. If you are dissatisfied with the training or any portion thereof your sole remedy is to seek a refund per our refund policy.
Money Back Guarantee. If after registering for and attending the first session of the 12 week program, you are dissatisfied with the training for any reason, we will return your paid tuition upon receiving your notice of cancelation prior to the second session. Notify refunds@composurethebook.com
This agreement will be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
