By participating in the Elevate Live Course by Elevate Group LLC, you agree to the following:

  1. Training Subject to Change. Although every effort will be made to operate the trainings announced, we reserve the right to make changes in the training arrangements or class schedule. In the event classes are rescheduled or delayed we will work with participants to ensure they can complete the training.

  2. Participant Expectations. You are expected to conduct yourself with professionalism at all times during the training, and to treat each other and instructors with respect. Unprofessional conduct is grounds for us to dismiss a participant from the training.

  3. Intellectual Property. You acknowledge that all training related materials are the intellectual property of Elevate Group. You may not record, photograph, distribute, disseminate, copy or use the content of any Trainings without our prior written consent.

  4. Informed Consent. By participating in this program you acknowledge and understand that the training is educational and not therapeutic. You understand that Elevate Group is not obligated to provide any form of therapy or follow-up.

  5. Confidentiality. We encourage you to speak candidly through the trainings. You are expected to respect the privacy of others throughout the training, coaching sessions and discussions. However, Elevate Group can not guarantee confidentiality with respect to other participants. Elevate Group will not use recordings of any your personal experiences that are shared or discussed during any trainings without your written consent, though we reserve the right to publish or use general, statistical and non-personal and aggregate and anonymous information gathered throughout the training.
